The North-East Stabilization and Developmenty Masterplan (NESDMP) was developed in fulfillment of the NEDC’s mandate of identifying the needs of the North-East region through a baseline study, and to spell out strategies, policies and immediate and long-term interventions for the recovery, stabilization and the development of the North-East region.
